About Elba Living

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and interior solutions.
Demonstrate product features, pricing, and perks to customers.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and customer records.
Coordinate with the installation and design teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.




Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
Higher Secondary or Bachelor's degree preferred.
0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in furniture, home furnishings, or interiors is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for sales.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
