Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for patients. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with doctors, healthcare staff, and patient families to deliver effective treatment and care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established clinical protocols.
Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries when required.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care.
Maintain infection control standards and follow hospital safety guidelines.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions.




Ensure proper documentation in patient records and hospital information systems.

Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
Valid Registered Nurse license from the relevant Nursing Council.
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts including night duties.
