Experience
3–5 years in an automotive manufacturing or engineering industry
Experience in CNC machining, press shop, hobbing, or production line supervision will be preferred
Qualification
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Candidates with relevant production experience may also apply
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor manpower utilization, machine productivity, and process efficiency.
Ensure product quality as per customer and company standards.
Maintain production reports, shift records, and machine performance data.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores departments.
Implement and follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices on the shop floor.
Minimize rejection, rework, downtime, and production losses.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules and dispatch requirements.
Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
Ability to solve shop-floor issues quickly
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred)
Valuable communication and reporting skills
