Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless order execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using Management Information System (MIS) reporting tools.
Provide administrative support for sales operations, which includes data entry and document management.
Consolidate and maintain daily reports on the following:
Raw Material Inventory
Work-in-Progress (WIP)
Finished Goods Inventory
Ready-to-Dispatch Stock
Collect monthly and quarterly sales forecasts from the Sales Team.
Consolidate demand projections and communicate procurement needs to the Procurement and Production teams.
Support material planning to ensure adequate inventory levels for smooth order execution.
