Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements and order status.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.
Process customer orders accurately and follow up until delivery.
Maintain customer database and update CRM/ERP records.
Coordinate with Dispatch, Accounts, and Production departments for timely order execution.
Follow up with customers for pending quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).




Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and customer records.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
