Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in choosing the right riding gear and accessories.
Deliver excellent customer service and build solid customer relationships.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Promote additional products through cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
Assist with store promotions, events, and daily store operations.
