About the Role Experience: 5 to 8 yr Location: Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate/ 30 day We're seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to manage platform administration, build custom integrations, and support loyalty program initiatives. This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration with Apex/API development and deployment management across environments Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration - Manage and maintain Salesforce environments configuration, security, user administration, and data management
Oversee role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and platform governance
Conduct routine system health checks, troubleshooting, and platform optimisation Apex & API Development - Design, build, and maintain custom APIs and integrations using Apex, REST, and SOAP
Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal and external system integrations Loyalty Management - Configure and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Management programs — rules, workflows, tiers,



promotions, and member interactions
Support business teams with loyalty data analysis and customer engagement strategies Workplace Management & Deployments - Manage change sets, metadata deployments, and CI/CD pipelines across sandbox/production
Ensure release management best practices — version control and deployment governance
Troubleshoot deployments and coordinate release schedules with stakeholders Required Qualifications - Salesforce System Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
Proven experience building and consuming APIs using Salesforce Apex
Robust knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management.
Experience with deployment tools: Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, or similar
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
