Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products based on business requirements.
Lead architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical discovery sessions with business and client stakeholders.
Define scalable, secure, and high-performing application architecture following Salesforce best practices.
Design and implement integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, middleware, and ETL tools.
Create technical architecture documents, solution design documents (SDD), data models, and integration diagrams.
Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, CI/CD processes, and DevOps methodologies.
Lead data migration, deployment strategies, workplace management, and release planning.
Review technical solutions, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor developers and technical leads.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure platform scalability and maintainability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new platform features, Agentforce, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and Shield.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Integration Patterns, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Large Data Volumes (LDV), performance optimization, and governor limits.
Robust knowledge of enterprise architecture, design patterns, and cloud computing concepts.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
