Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
Drive end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ projects, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
Design and configure Product Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Guided Selling, Quote Templates, MDQ, Contracting, Renewals, and Amendments.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, Billing, Order Management, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, architecture discussions,



and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Mentor developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality code and technical excellence.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and business stakeholders to optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment artifacts.
