Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&A; Tax professional to support clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other complex transactions. The role involves providing tax advisory services, conducting tax due diligence, identifying tax risks, and developing tax-effective deal structures for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide tax advisory support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and divestment transactions.
Conduct tax due diligence reviews for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Identify tax exposures, prospects, and risks associated with potential investments.
Develop tax-productive acquisition and transaction structures.
Analyze transaction documents including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA),



Business Transfer Agreements (BTA), and other deal-related documents.
Provide advice on direct tax implications, capital gains, withholding tax, GST, and international tax matters.
Support deal teams, legal advisors, investment bankers, and clients throughout transaction execution.
Prepare tax reports, due diligence findings, tax opinions, and client presentations.
Assist in post-merger integration and tax restructuring initiatives.
Research changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on transactions.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
