Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce development.
Guide developers on technical solutions and best practices.
Review code and ensure quality standards are followed.
Work with Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and functional consultants.
Participate in design discussions and architecture decisions.
Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Robust Salesforce Development experience.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Security Architecture.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
Exposure to AI-powered development tools.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
