Role Description The Sales Logistics Specialist is a full time hybrid role based in Umargam, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role involves coordinating logistics operations, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery for customers.

The Specialist will manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, resolving customer issues, optimizing routes and costs, and preparing regular reports on sales and logistics performance.



The role also requires updating systems and documentation to maintain accurate records and support smooth end-to-end service.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, schedules, and routing.
Candidates should possess Freight Forwarding knowledge to manage transport arrangements and documentation.
Candidates should ideally have experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Candidates should be proficient in using office productivity tools and basic CRM or logistics software.
Candidates should demonstrate solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
A diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
