Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on retail operations, customer service, sales techniques, billing, inventory management, and workplace etiquette.
Conduct practical, interactive, and skill-based learning sessions aligned with the curriculum.
Assess student performance through assignments, practicals, and mock assessments.
Mentor and prepare candidates for employment in the retail sector.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
Coordinate with training centres, colleges, and project teams to ensure effective program delivery.

Desired Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in retail operations and/or retail training.
Robust communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of customer service standards, POS systems, merchandising, and inventory processes.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
