About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused skilled to manage and nurture existing GLP members throughout their health journey. The role focuses on driving engagement, ensuring programme adherence, resolving customer concerns, and improving renewals and retention.

Key Responsibilities




Build and maintain robust relationships with existing GLP members.
Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Drive customer engagement, renewals, and retention while reducing churn.
Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
Monitor customer progress and ensure adherence to programme milestones.
Capture customer feedback and share insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Retention and Renewals.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, organised, and customer-centric approach.
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing follow-ups.
