Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured training on Salesforce Fundamentals, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Complete Trailhead modules, assignments, and coding exercises.

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and automation tools.

Work on real-time client projects and business use cases under expert guidance.

Build mini-projects and capstone projects to strengthen your development skills.

Debug, test, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications.

Collaborate with mentors and team members through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Guide and mentor learners while supporting them in completing Salesforce guided projects.





Participate in assessments and coding challenges to demonstrate continuous learning.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (2023, 2024 & 2025 pass-out candidates are preferred)

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Fundamentals

Basic understanding of Java/OOP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passion for learning, mentoring, and teamwork
