Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a energetic Sales Coordinator with strong inside sales skills to support STEMx’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling Kylas CRM, managing marketing data, preparing sales documents, and creating impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & CRM Management

o Manage and update leads, prospects, and customer records in Kylas CRM. o Track sales pipeline progress and generate reports for management.

o Support sales team with follow-ups, lead nurturing, and conversion activities.
Marketing Data Handling

o Organize and analyze marketing data to identify potential leads. o Prepare structured reports and dashboards for sales insights.

o Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing and sales data.
Documentation & Coordination

o Draft, format, and maintain sales-related documents (proposals, agreements, pitch decks). o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales materials.





o Maintain organized records of client communications and sales activities.
Presentation & Reporting

o Create skilled presentations in PowerPoint for client pitches and internal reviews. o Prepare structured reports in Word and data analysis sheets in Excel.

o Support management with customized sales and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or sales coordination.
Hands-on expertise with Kylas CRM or similar CRM tools.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes
Experience in EdTech / school engagement sector.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic sales environments.

Location Bengaluru, India (STEMx Office)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
