We are looking for a Retired BMC (Municipal Corporation) Engineer to provide technical expertise, regulatory guidance, and liaison support for infrastructure and construction-related projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with municipal approvals, civil engineering projects, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with municipal authorities for approvals, permissions, and clearances.
Guide project teams on BMC rules, regulations, and engineering standards.
Review civil drawings, technical documents, and project proposals.
Assist in obtaining building permits, occupancy certificates, and utility approvals.
Liaise with government departments and consultants for project execution.
Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and statutory requirements.
Support project planning, execution, and documentation.
Identify potential regulatory risks and recommend corrective actions.
Provide technical advice during project inspections and audits.
Maintain effective relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Retired Engineer from BMC or any Municipal Corporation with relevant field experience.
Experience
15–25+ years of experience in municipal engineering, civil infrastructure, or public works.
Robust knowledge of municipal approval processes and government regulations.
