Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead architecture, delivery, and technical governance for Financial Services Cloud implementations supporting AML regulatory changes, account-based statements, and digital banking enhancements.

Role & responsibilities
Provide technical direction and architecture for Salesforce FSC implementation.
Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Translate banking requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure compliance with governance and technical frameworks.




Lead integration with digital banking platforms and mobile applications.
Coordinate offshore/onshore teams and support project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
7+ years of Salesforce experience with extensive Financial Services Cloud expertise.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
Robust knowledge of AML regulations and the banking domain.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce architecture.
Experience leading distributed development teams.
Excellent documentation, governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
