Manage and work on various SAP projects within the manufacturing sector, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage support for order-to-cash processes including sales orders, deliveries, billing, credit management.
Understand dealer/distributor models, export documentation, and domestic logistics in pharma.
Handle GST-related billing configuration, tax procedures, and pricing logic.
Support batch and batch-determined sales processes as relevant to the pharma industry.
Collaborate with MM and FICO teams to troubleshoot cross-functional issues.
Positive command of pricing, outputs, billing & credit management
Knowledge of Indian taxation and regulatory needs in pharma
Understanding of batch management in SD processes
Ability to analyze IDocs and support integrations
