Looking for immediate Joiners and local candidates

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and training.
Supervise daily operations, allocate work, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with policies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, federal, state, and organizational compliance standards.
Oversee patient billing, insurance inquiries, denial management, collections, and account resolution.
Monitor team performance, quality metrics, financial accuracy, and vendor performance.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Manage projects, system updates, regulatory reporting, and team adoption of current processes.




Coordinate and deliver training programs while identifying ongoing learning needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant experience (8 years total experience in lieu of a degree).
1+ year of supervisory experience.
1+ year in a lead/leadership role.
3+ years working in a matrixed organization.
3+ years of experience in medical billing, collections, business office operations, or insurance discovery.
