Job Title: In-Store Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Demonstrate product features, advantages, and usage to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
Process billing, payments, and sales transactions accurately.
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Required Qualifications




High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
