Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Nanded.

The Sales

Executive will engage with potential customers, understand their mobility needs, and present Ola Electric’s products and solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory, delivery, and after-sales support, as well as tracking sales performance and reporting market insights.

Executive will represent the brand in local markets, participate in promotional activities, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.

Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support.

Basic knowledge of electric vehicles or willingness to learn about EV technology, features, and benefits.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information in straightforward terms.

Ability to work on-site in Nanded, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced setting.

Comfort using digital tools for reporting, CRM systems, and productivity (e.g., spreadsheets, mobile apps).

Prior experience in automotive, consumer durables, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
