Role & Responsibilities:
Participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects.
Gather business requirements and configure LMS components such as Items, Curricula, Programs, Catalogs, Assignment Profiles, Learning History, and Approval Workflows.
Configure learning assignments, certifications, notifications, and assessments.
Perform LMS data migration, content uploads (SCORM/AICC), and system configuration.
Support integration with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
Prepare functional documentation, conduct SIT/UAT testing, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with clients to deliver successful implementations.
Preferred candidate Profile
23 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation.
Solid knowledge of LMS configuration, Employee Central integration, and data migration.
Experience with SCORM/AICC content management and Story Reporting.
Valuable communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification will be preferred.
Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
