Job Title: Sales Administrator Experience: 2–3 Years Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Full time Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, CRM/data management, webinar coordination, and customer communication. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
Maintain, update, and audit sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize and host live sales webinars on YouTube, including coordination and audience engagement.
Make outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Answer inbound calls and provide customer support related to sales inquiries.
Track sales activities, maintain reports, and ensure timely updates in CRM systems.




Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day operations and achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Lead Generation, or Sales Support.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
Robust knowledge of data entry, sales data management, and auditing.
Experience in hosting or coordinating live webinars on YouTube or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with sales automation and CRM platforms.
Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
