The Role

We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition across BFSI accounts in India. This is a high-ownership, quota-carrying, field-intensive role for someone who loves the chase prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing — and is energized by conversations with senior decision-makers.

What You'll Do
Identify, prospect, and close recent deals across banks, insurers, and NBFCs
Build and manage a healthy pipeline from lead generation through closure
Apply the MEDDIC framework rigorously with watertight qualification
Engage and build relationships with CXOs, business heads, and analytics/digital heads
Run the full sales cycle — discovery, solutioning, commercial negotiation, contract closure
Represent at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
Work closely with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams for smooth post-closure handover




Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM

What We're Looking For
2–6 years of B2B sales experience in a hunting / recent-logo acquisition role
MBA preferred.
Prior exposure to BFSI — selling into or working with banks, insurers, or NBFCs.
Existing network/connects within BFSI is a robust plus
Background in analytics, SaaS, or AI/data platform sales preferred
Practical understanding and application of MEDDIC on live deals
Proven experience engaging and pitching to CXO-level Indian stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to hold a room with senior leaders.
High energy, self-starter with genuine passion for sales and closing.
Willingness to travel 100% across India (potential extension to SEA).
