Rajhans Montessa is looking for a motivated and target-driven Rider Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery riders while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Source riders through field recruitment, referrals, social media, and job portals.
Screen and interview candidates.
Coordinate document verification and onboarding.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Keep recruitment records updated.
Coordinate with operations for rider deployment.
Build local referral networks to generate quality leads.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of recruitment or field hiring experience.
Experience in blue-collar or rider recruitment is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
