Role Description The Sales Advisor is a full time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves engaging with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Toyota vehicles and services.

The Sales

Advisor will conduct product demonstrations, manage test drives, prepare price quotations, and assist customers with financing and documentation. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with service and finance teams, and ensuring a smooth delivery process. The role also includes staying updated on product features, promotions,



and market trends to provide informed guidance and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Sales skills to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets ethically.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product features quickly and share knowledge with customers and colleagues.

Relevant experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Basic knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and local market preferences is an advantage.

Proficiency in English and local languages, along with comfort using CRM tools or basic computer applications, is preferred.

Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
