Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dhanbad.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify potential clients, present Candycode’s web design and development services, and build solid relationships with business stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating with the technical and design teams to align client requirements with service offerings,



negotiating terms, and closing deals.

The Sales

Executive will also track performance against sales targets, provide regular reports, and contribute to sales strategies and market outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain web solutions in clear, client-friendly language.

Basic understanding of web design, web development, and web applications, with the ability to translate client needs into service offerings.

Relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented and consultative approach.

Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking systems and comfort with email and phone-based outreach.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in IT or digital services sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work on-site in Dhanbad, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
