Job Purpose To drive hotel revenue by acquiring new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting regular sales calls, and promoting the hotel's rooms, banquets, F&B; outlets, and other services.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
Identify and acquire recent corporate, travel, government, and institutional clients.
Develop new business opportunities for room bookings, banquets, conferences, weddings, and F&B; events.
Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Expand the hotel's market presence within assigned territories.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
Upsell hotel services including accommodation, banquet facilities, dining packages, and promotional offers.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.





Market Intelligence
Gather information on competitors' pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
Identify emerging business opportunities and market segments.
Share market insights with management to support sales strategy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
