About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be able to manage client requirements, design development, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design development for residential, commercial projects
Prepare conceptual designs, 3D models, drawings, and presentations
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design issues
Mentor junior architects and guide the design team
Prepare BOQ, estimates, and project documentation

Requirements
Experience: B.Arch -5+ Years or M.Arch -3+ Years
Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion / V-Ray, Adobe Suite
Robust knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and client handling skills
Portfolio of completed projects required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
