Generate and handle sales leads, conduct site visits and present residential projects to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements, provide suitable property options and guide clients throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective follow-up, negotiation and relationship management.
coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, documentation and payment collections.
Required Skills: Min 1 years of sales experience in real estate sales, automobiles sales or direct sales.
Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS office and positive knowledge of social media tools.
Confident and high on communication skill fresh graduates can also apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
