Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Prospect and engage potential clients to understand their business needs.
Present and explain the company's financial and compliance consulting services.
Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (experience in consulting, financial services, or compliance services is preferred).




Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client acquisition and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
