About The Company Elite Hotel Supplies is a leading supplier of premium hotel and hospitality products, serving hotels, resorts, hospitals, serviced apartments, and commercial establishments across India. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.

Job Responsibilities
Visit hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitals, and other hospitality businesses to generate current sales opportunities.
Identify and develop new leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet purchase managers, hotel owners, general managers, and decision-makers to introduce our product range.
Conduct product presentations and explain features, advantages, and pricing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert leads into orders.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, leads, and sales activities.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.




Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in hospitality, B2B, FMCG, building materials, or related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
