Lead architectural design and planning, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
Create detailed architectural plans and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to execute projects successfully.
Oversee quality control, ensuring design intent and construction quality.
Champion sustainable design practices (eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions).
Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address client concerns.

Qualifications:
BArch/MArch degree in Architecture.
4-5years of architectural design and project management experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; 3D modeling experience a plus.
Robust knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in sustainable design and environmentally responsible architecture.
