The organization helps B2B clients streamline operations in sales, marketing, list cleaning, appointment setting, and remote IT support, integrating seamlessly into existing workflows at a cost-effective rate.

Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Zirakpur, Punjab . The SDR will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and social outreach, targeting MSPs and IT consulting firms. This role involves managing lead lists, nurturing prospects, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

The SDR will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, track pipeline activities in CRM tools, and provide feedback on campaign performance. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, meeting activity and conversion targets, and representing Managed IT Hub's services in a qualified,



consultative manner.

Qualifications Robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline building.

Demonstrated

Sales and Business Development abilities, including opportunity qualification and appointment setting.

Excellent

Communication skills verbal, with the ability to engage B2B decision-makers. Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn about MSP and IT consulting environments. Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools to track activities and results.

Ability to work on-site in Zirakpur, Punjab and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and maintaining high qualified standards. Prior experience in a sales development or telemarketing role is preferred; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Comfortable with Night Shifts.
