Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Key Objectives of this Role:

Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP programs, custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms and workflow using Contemporary ABAP techniques.

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

¢ Ensure coding quality, adherence to SAP best practices, and on-time delivery of development tasks.

¢ Support system upgrades, data migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP ecosystem.

Key Performance Indicators:

¢ Timely and defect-free delivery of ABAP developments and enhancements.

¢ Adherence to coding standards and documentation completeness.

¢ Positive feedback from business and functional users.

¢ Number of successful deployments to production without rollback.

Key Year One Deliverables:





¢ Building reusable code modules and supporting system integration tasks.

¢ Deliver custom development required for support or rollouts timely.

¢ Maintain Documentation of Technical Specs and Unit Testing.

Position Specific Skills:

¢ Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

¢ 35 years of SAP ABAP development experience.

¢ Hands-on expertise in Reports, Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, RFCs, ALV, OData, and Adobe Forms.

¢ Exposure to S/4HANA, contemporary ABAP syntax, and RESTful ABAP Programming Model.

¢ Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and basic SAP Fiori/UI5 concepts.

¢ Solid communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
