Senior Architect

Role: Lead design and execution from concept through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive architectural design development and project delivery.
Produce accurate construction sets, technical details, and 3D visualizations.
Manage project timelines, design quality, and cross-functional coordination.
Resolve technical constructability challenges.
Lead client communication to align design goals with project requirements.

Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in architectural practice.
Software (Mandatory): Expert-level proficiency in Rhino and SketchUp.
Core Skills (Mandatory): High attention to detail and skilled client coordination.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of building materials,



construction methods, and documentation standards.
Core Competencies: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proven design execution capability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
