Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads into clients, and building long-term relationships with prospective customers interested in immigration and study abroad services.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Understand clients' immigration, study abroad, or visa requirements and recommend suitable services.
Explain our services, process, and pricing to prospective clients.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Attend training sessions and stay updated with immigration policies and company offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development (experience in immigration, education, or visa consultancy is preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
