Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join the Sales team at Taj Lands End. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality sales, proven expertise in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and developing business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, MICE, and other market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Identify, acquire, and manage corporate, travel agency, MICE, and leisure business accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management (Mandatory).
Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel sales, with experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Solid network within corporate, MICE, travel trade, and hospitality sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Sales management tools.
Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
