Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support Skillstango’s growth by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building activities. This in office internship role is based in Jaipur and involves engaging with prospective learners and partners, explaining platform offerings, and responding to inquiries.

The intern will help execute marketing campaigns, gather and report market feedback, and support customer service interactions to enhance user experience.



Daily tasks may include maintaining contact databases, participating in promotional events, and collaborating with the team on sales strategies and training sessions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales processes and marketing operations within the ed-tech sector.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and partners.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support outreach, lead conversion, and pipeline tracking.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in explaining programs, guiding prospects, and supporting onboarding activities.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort using common productivity and CRM tools are advantageous.
