Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and growth efforts for ELCARREIRA’s student employability platform. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective users and institutional partners, responding to inquiries, and providing transparent information about product features and advantages.

The intern will assist with sales follow-ups, maintain records in CRM tools, and support basic sales management activities under guidance. They will also help coordinate training or demo sessions,



collect feedback from students and educators, and contribute to marketing initiatives such as presentations, events, and campaigns to increase awareness and adoption.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, educators, and institutional stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in product demos, onboarding sessions, and user education activities.

Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Interest in education technology, AI-driven products, and student career development.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or similar software) and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
