Your Responsibilities
Application and authorization support
Implementation of authorization changes
Support for user and authorization management in all SAP solutions
First and Second Level Support for end users via ticket system, e-mail or telephone
Executing administrative activities
Support for tools within user and authorization management
Collaboration within international authorization project
Provide support and contribute to the resolution of end-user support requests.
Execute technical integration across various SAP systems at Schaeffler.
Serve as a key contact for functional and technical requirements of existing applications.
Analyze and understand technical requirements to translate them into development tasks.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and continuous application development.

Your Qualifications




Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP environments, especially R/3 and S/4HANA systems. At least 8 years of relevant qualified experience in this field
Proven experience in coding and implementing interfaces to SAP systems.
Experience in supporting end-users and handling support inquiries.
Robust communication skills and the ability to act as a technical point of contact.
Advantageous: Knowledge in SAP Authorization Management / Security and access rights.
