Client Consultation
Recommend suitable office spaces from Sharkspace inventory.
Present multiple property options.
Explain pricing, lease terms and commercial details.
Build trust through qualified consultation.
Site Visits
Schedule and conduct property visits.
Coordinate with landlords and property managers.
Ensure smooth visit experience.
Follow up immediately after visits.
Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate rental terms between client and property owner.
Handle objections professionally.
Prepare commercial proposals.
Coordinate documentation until deal closure.
CRM Management
Update CRM after every interaction.
Maintain accurate lead stages.
Track follow-ups.
Ensure zero missed follow-up.
Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with brokers.
Network with landlords.
Generate referral business.
Maintain repeat corporate clients.
Market Research
Keep updated inventory of available office spaces.
