We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and support overall sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
Promote products/services to prospective customers and explain features, pricing, and perks.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, billing, and dispatch to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.




Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting systems.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is mandatory.
MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.

Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in field sales or client handling is an advantage.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹11,434.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
