One of our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager Sales / Branch Manager – Sales to lead the sales operations for Eicher small Commercial Vehicles in Tirunelveli. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, managing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring overall branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Eicher Commercial Vehicles and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain robust relationships with fleet owners, transporters,



corporate customers, and individual buyers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with finance, service, and spare parts departments for seamless customer support.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and branch performance reports.
Manage branch operations, inventory planning, and overall profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle segment.
Proven experience in managing a sales team and branch operations.
Experience with Eicher or other leading commercial vehicle brands will be an added advantage.
