We're Hiring: Senior Account Head – Client Servicing | Delhi NCR Hashtag Blueberry, a full-service digital marketing agency working with premium and large-scale brands, is looking for an experienced Senior Account Head – Client Servicing to join our team.

Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Home) Experience: Minimum 5 years (internship period will not be counted) What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key brand accounts

Drive content calendar planning and ideation across multiple client accounts, ensuring creative direction aligns with brand goals

Bring strong creative and imaginative thinking to guide content strategy — not just manage timelines

Support and oversee posting, execution, and quality control for large, high-visibility brand accounts

Lead client presentations, strategy pitches, and monthly/quarterly reviews with confidence and polish

Liaise between clients and internal teams (design, content, video, performance) to ensure timely, on-brief delivery

Write and vet sharp, error-free captions, proposals, and client communication with excellent command over English





Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts

Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into actionable brand strategy What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience in client servicing / account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency (internship period excluded)

Proven track record of managing content calendars and creative strategy for established or large brands

Excellent written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable

High imagination, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving ability

Solid client-facing skills — confident, articulate, and solution-oriented

Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
