We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales MANGER to join our team at Kaler, Bhiwandi. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales and a robust ability to close deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including site visits, references, and digital platforms
Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valuable knowledge of the local real estate market (Bhiwandi / Thane region preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
