We are looking for a highly driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our institutional and corporate marketing operations. The ideal candidate will craft and execute growth-oriented strategies, build strong client partnerships, and enhance brand visibility within the fire and security systems industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive institutional and corporate sales.
Identify and convert recent business prospects.
Maintain solid client relationships.
Handle client requirements and ensure timely project execution.
Support management in achieving overall sales and revenue goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing,
Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in institutional or B2B environments.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
