Job Summary

We are a rapidly growing and expanding company, seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a solid background in corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building lasting relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve business targets as we continue to expand our presence across India.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with corporate, government, and PSU clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain proactive communication with prospects and clients.
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits convincingly to decision-makers.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through research and lead qualification.
Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies to stay ahead.




Build and maintain a detailed database of current and potential customers.
Lead, coordinate, and mentor a sales team to achieve targets.
Travel PAN India extensively as required for client meetings and business development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Any Graduate.
5 to 8 years of experience in corporate sales (preferably in advertising or related industries).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at senior levels.
Robust customer service orientation and a client-focused approach.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Skilled in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a agile sales environment.
