Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales prospects, converting prospective customers into buyers, and achieving the company's sales targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to handover while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, events, and other marketing activities. Contact prospective customers and schedule project presentations and site visits. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal documentation to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects. Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain regular communication until closure. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.



Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding booking amounts, payment schedules, and outstanding collections. Coordinate with the Customer Service, Project, Legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handover. Assist customers in obtaining home loan approvals by coordinating with financial institutions whenever required. Attend property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns organized by the company. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. Maintain qualified relationships with customers before and after sales. Ensure complete compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
